Direct from São Paulo, Brazil, we are delighted to welcome Theo Mizú to the Lansdown as part of his UK tour this Summer!
With a fusion of eastern and western musical references, Theo Mizú & Banda features an original repertoire that is danceable and universal, promising to captivate all kinds of public.
The project was elected the Best Street Music Band in São Paulo, and has already played in many international festivals and venues around Brazil, Europe and Asia.

Behind the Beer: Lost and Grounded

Chai for All // Live @ The Lansdown
Exciting and entertaining, Chai For All plays Old World Yiddish folk, New World Yiddish theatre songs and jazz-tinged klezmer. A magnificent musical journey from the haunted Eastern European shtetls, through the dimly-lit basement bars of tango-crazed Buenos Aires, to the vibrant neighbourhoods of swinging New York.
Impassioned female vocals lead the party, joyously backed by trumpet, guitar and percussion. With fantastic music, brilliant audience rapport and more than a touch of goodtime showbiz this is a set guaranteed to raise the spirits.

Peter Mouse's House Band // Live @ The Lansdown
Peter Mouse’s House Band are back in their home town for another gig, promising to be a fun night playing all their favourites.
PHMB are a 7 piece band with a repertoire from the 60’s rock’n’roll through to the Killers, Mumford and KOL.
You won't be disappointed.
The Hangover Club // Live @ The Lansdown
The Hangover Club is a dark country, blues rock band based in Bristol, UK. Made up of PM LeGrand, Jeffray Cold and Helen Payne, they tell sordid cowboy tales with the help of crunch cigar box riffs, warm acoustic guitar tones and, three-way harmonies.
The trio grew up on a diet of classic country music, including Jeff Bridges, Johnny Cash, Colter Wall and Orville Peck, before honing their craft in a more experimental and tribal universe taking from the Dead South, Hollowbelly and Fever Ray.
The group released their debut single, Ride in February 2020 which was mixed by Massive Attack’s Stew Jackson.
